Return & Exchange Policy
Returns, Exchanges, Bundles, and Refund Timelines
- Timeline: 21 days from invoice.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
- Processing: Inspect and complete outcomes within 14 working days.
- Value basis: Refunds and exchanges use the invoice item price.
- Shipping: Customer pays return shipping except for defective items.
- Contact: Email customer support with receipt and reason for return.
- Defective Returns: Malaysia via POS Laju & International via Amarex.
Size Exchanges
Purpose: For fit issues only.
Customer cost: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
Limit: One exchange per item.
Stock hold: Replacement reserved for 14 working days pending customer confirmation/shipment.
Change of Mind
Outcome: Refund item price on invoice to original payment method after inspection of returned items.
Final Sale Rule: Items marked “Not valid for Exchange” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final-sale defect claims follow the escalation flow.
Bundle Exchanges
Wrong size in a bundle: If a single item in a bundle is the wrong size, replacement follows standard size-exchange rules.
Change of mind for bundles: Require full bundle return for change-of-mind refunds.
